Due to the nature of artworks and handcrafted objects, our refund policy reflects the care and consideration required when handling unique pieces.

Eligibility for Returns
Non-customised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
– The item is unused and in its original condition
– The item is returned in its original packaging
– You notify us in writing before returning the item

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
– Custom-made or personalised artworks
– Limited edition or one-of-a-kind works where stated
– Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received damaged or faulty.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
